Plast 2026: what we're taking home.
Last week our colleagues Tommaso Munaretto and Luigi D'Arco attended Plast 2026 at Fiera Milano Rho, the leading European trade show dedicated to the plastics and rubber industry. Twentieth edition, over 1,000 exhibitors, and an open dialogue between industry, institutions, and the recycling supply chain.
Two days to update ourselves on market trends, explore new opportunities, and bring home concrete contacts and insights for our day-to-day work.
One message stood out from the institutional debate: circularity and competitiveness are not in conflict. Sustainability must be environmental, economic, and productive at the same time. But getting there requires regulatory certainty, investment, and a stable market for secondary raw materials — still far too fragile across Europe.
For Coveme, being present at these events is part of a concrete journey toward more circular management of our materials. The road is long, but the direction is the right one.
