small but crucial piece of engineering works has been completed to facilitate the 🔋power upgrade for James Hunt ♻️new facility at La Collette scrap yard on behalf on IH&E.

The works involved:
🔷Locating live electrical services
🔷Hand-digging to expose live wires
🔷Providing trench support
🔷Reinforcement
🔷Formwork
🔷Pouring and finishing concrete

Despite the challenging nature of the work being carried out in a live environment, the project was completed safely and on time.

We have successfully completed the demolition works at Straven for a new client, CW Developments

Our scope of work included:
✔ Acting as Principal Contractor
✔️ Asbetos removal
✔ Ecological works
✔ Internal strip-out
✔ Structural demolition
✔ Removal of slabs and foundations
✔ Full site clearance

Situated in a prominent location with two major roads bordering the site, the project required careful planning and ex*****on. By utilising the right specialist demolition equipment, we completed the works ahead of schedule, delivering a cleared site ready for construction.

Looking back on on a project from last year where we constructed an engineered acoustic bund designed to mitigate noise and control environmental impact from industrial operations. This was a meticulous process that involved careful planning, layer by layer and a focus on using sustainable materials.
