This amazing transformation of the property began with addressing a major underlying issue
- the exterior walls had been trapping moisture, which caused the original sprayed-on grey pebble-dash coating to deteriorate and flake away in large sections. As a result, the façade was in poor condition and in serious need of attention.

I removed all of the exterior paint and carefully sanded the surface back past the various layers that had been applied over the years by previous owners, right down to the original bare exterior walls. I filled the larger cracks with a sand-and-cement mix and used exterior filler to achieve a smooth, refined finish before repainting.

The tenants chose a completely new colour scheme, which transformed the appearance of the property - bringing it back to life and making it stand out beautifully compared to the original colour.
