We are looking to hire an experienced Supply Planning & Procurement Officer at QPP - Nuqul Group - Marka
Key Accountabilities:
· Obtain price quotes from qualified suppliers according to the material plan.
· Ability to source new suppliers for any service requirement.
· Analyze supplier offers, weighing quality, lead time, and cost, and provide clear recommendations for optimal sourcing decisions
· Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or efficiency.
· Generate purchase orders and manage them through the entire procurement cycle, from placement to receipt.
· Oversee all logistical aspects of procurement, including documentation, shipping, and payment processing.
· Gathering information related to changes related to customs.
· Providing the Supervisor with supplier performance data for evaluation.
· Monitor raw material inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock balances.
· Processing orders in the system after warehouse alignment.
· Ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering is a must.
· 0-2 years of experience in procurement, supply planning, and/or inventory management.
· FMCG experience is a must.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
· Knowledge of planning and forecasting systems.
