Today we use satellite based systems like GPS or GNSS, that use radio waves, to locate geographical points in the surface of the Earth. But scientist in Japan have found out that there area also ways to use cosmic rays for this purpose. There are significant advantages to this, for example, cosmic rays can go through miles of stone, so we could locate points even beneath mountains, under the sea or inside deep tunnels. Increasing productivity from science advancements will make us stronger, we will keep on that pathway.

Japanese researchers developed a system based on subatomic particles derived from high-energy cosmic rays to locate a person's position underground, something that existing navigation tools like GPS are unable to do.

　鹿島は、秋田県東成瀬村で施工中の成瀬ダム堤体打設工事において、複数の建設機械の自動運転を核とした自動化施工システム「A4CSEL」（クワッドアクセル）による二酸化炭素（CO2）排出量の抑制効果を確認した。自動運転によるまき出し作業で1m3当たりの燃料消費量を有人施工と比べて40～50％削減。その分、建機のCO2排出量を減らせた。

Last week there was a big accident in Shizuoka prefecture. During the construction of a bridge over the highway, a beam of about 140 tones fell from about 10 meters high, killing two workers and injuring few more. In construction, safety comes first. Authorities are investigating the causes of the accident in order to prevent this from happening again. We must take all safety measures when working at constriction sites, and that is what we do at KURAKEN.

　静岡市の静清バイパスの工事現場で2023年7月6日未明に発生した橋桁落下事故には、1991年の広島新交通システムの事故と共通点があることが分かった。いずれも横取り架設工法を採用し、橋桁の降下中に事故が起こった。
