HOA BINH ENGINEERING JSC, the predecessor of JESCO HOA BINH ENGINEERING JSC (JHE), was established in 2008 by Hoa Binh Corporation and specialized in installation of electrical equipment, air-conditioning and ventilation facilities, water supply and drainage systems, and fire prevention systems.
In 2014, JHE was established as a joint venture with JESCO ASIA JSC, a Vietnamese subsidiary of JESCO Holdings, Inc. possessing abundant experience in design and construction of mechanical & electrical systems (M&E).

SUGAYA DENKI KOUJI was founded in April 1950 in Tsumagoi, a village in northwestern Gunma Prefecture. The head office subsequently relocated to Maebashi City and the Shibukawa Branch, which includes a construction department, opened in Shibukawa City. Aspiring to be a comprehensive telecommunications engineering company capable of meeting diverse needs—installation of overhead transmission lines, power generation and substation equipment, electrical equipment, and information communication and mobile communication systems—we are serving customers primarily in the northern Kanto region.

On April 11, JESCO Holdings, Inc. received the 1st Japan Construction International Award from Mr. Keiichi Ishii, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan.

Having established a subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2001, the JESCO Group started its international operations with design and quantity surveying. With JESCO ASIA JSC engaged in ODA projects and JESCO HOA BINH ENGINEERING JSC focused on private-sector projects as the two axes of growth, the JESCO Group has expanded the scope of its business to include design and installation of electrical equipment, telecommunication systems, air-conditioning systems, and water supply and drainage systems for international airports, expressways, high-rise condominiums, and other buildings by capitalizing on its superior technology.

Currently, the JESCO Group has bases in three major cities in Vietnam, namely, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang. The JESCO Group employs more than 430 people in Vietnam.
