The "Asahi Super Dry Draft Beer Can," featuring a can coating jointly developed by Toyochem (artience Group) and Asahi Breweries, has received the Invention Award at the 2026 National Commendation for Invention held in Japan.
The award-winning coating uses Toyochem's advanced polymer design technology to create a unique micro-textured surface inside the can, generating a smooth, continuous foam when opened—bringing consumers the experience of freshly poured draft beer.

🏆WorldStar Award 2026 Winner!
We are proud to announce that the "LOOK PLUS Bathtub Cleanser" pouch, jointly developed by Toyo Ink (artience Group) and Lion Corporation Japan, has received the WorldStar Award 2026 in the Household category from the World Packaging Organisation.
The award recognizes the pouch's innovative delamination technology, which enables efficient separation of multilayer to recover high-quality polyethylene (PE) film for recycling. This breakthrough technology helps to advance the circular use of flexible packaging materials while maintaining package performance. Working together for cleaner waterways and sustainable industrial development! Employees of Toyo Ink recently joined fellow companies in 's Bangchan Industrial Estate for the "Beautiful Canals, Clear Water" volunteer project. Organized by the Bangchan Industrial Estate Office, the project supports the restoration of the Khlong Lo Lae waterfront community through canal cleanups, water quality improvement, and landscape beautification. As part of the effort, an eco-friendly solution containing naturally occurring, safe microorganisms is released into the canal to rapidly break down organic waste and eliminate foul odors, helping restore water quality.
Toyo Ink Thailand, as part of the artience Group, believes sustainable industrial growth goes hand in hand with protecting the environment and supporting local communities. Through initiatives like this, we're proud to contribute to the Bangchan Industrial Estate's vision of becoming an Eco-Industrial Town while advancing the Sustainable Development Goals.

Toyochem has just announced the global launch of its Labelmelt™ series of alkali-soluble hot-melt . The product increases efficiency as they ensure labels and adhesive residue are completely removed from PET or glass containers during the wash process.

In the report, Caroline Melis, sales and marketing manager, Toyo Ink Europe, offers her thoughts on how energy-curable systems support the market in meeting performance and productivity demands.

Toyo Ink India recently announced the inauguration of the artience Technology and Centre – India (aTIC-India) at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), . This marks the artience Group’s first Centre outside Japan and a significant milestone in strengthening India’s role in advanced research, manufacturing, and sustainable innovation.

Toyochem Specialty Chemical ( ) announced today that its mineral-oil-free (M*F) sheetfed offset ink series, the TK MARK V M*F, has successfully passed the stringent criteria set by the International Association of the Deinking Industry (INGEDE), Method 11. These M*F inks received the highest rating, “Good,” with very high scoring across all major parameters, demonstrating exceptional luminosity, strong color removal, extremely low dirt speck areas, and stable brightness difference. The strong results confirm that printed paper using TK MARK V M*F inks can be efficiently recycled without compromising paper quality.
