JCCP held the regular course “Project Management in Oil and Gas Upstream” (IT-10-25) from February 3 to 13, 2026. The 15 experts from 10 countries across the Middle East, Asia, and South America participated. Through lectures and site visits, participants gained extensive insights of project management and Japan’s energy industry, form fundamentals to cutting-edge technologies. Active discussions and information sharing among participants and experts provided a highly valuable learning and networking experience.
JCCPは、2026年2月3日～13日、レギュラーコース「石油・ガス開発のプロジェクトマネジメント」(IT-10-25)を開催しました。中東・アジア・南米など10カ国から15名の専門家が参加し、石油・ガス開発のプロジェクトマネジメントと日本におけるエネルギー開発事業の現状について、基礎から最新技術まで幅広く学びました。講義や実地研修を通じて行われた専門家同士の深い議論や活発な情報交換は、非常に充実した知見獲得と人脈形成の機会となりました。

From February 3 to 13, 2026, JCCP held the regular course "Digital Transformation in Refineries" (IT-11-25). The program welcomed 12 experts from 10 countries across the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. Participants systematically learned the theory and application of AI technologies utilizing deep learning, while also acquiring knowledge on the latest DX technologies for refineries. Furthermore, in-depth discussions among the experts during workshops provided a valuable opportunity to gain practical insights into implementing cutting-edge DX technologies and to build a strong professional network.
JCCPは、2026年2月3日～13日、レギュラーコース「製油所のデジタルトランスフォーメーション」(IT-11-25)を開催いたしました。中東・アジア・中南米など10カ国から12名の専門家が参加し、深層学習を用いたAI技術の理論と応用を体系的に学ぶとともに、製油所における最新のDX技術を習得しました。さらに、ワークショップでの専門家同士の深い議論を通じて、最新DX技術の実装に関する実践的な知見を獲得し、貴重な人脈形成の機会となりました。

“Soft Power as the driving force for Sustainability - Co-creation and Evolution of Energy in a Turbulent World” Relive the highlights of the 44th JCCP International Symposium, held on January 29, 2026. Through the keynote speeches and two sessions, approximately 260 attendees were inspired by the rich and diverse expertise of 12 oil industry VIPs from 7 countries. It provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on concrete actions for a sustainable future with a focus on “soft power”, “co-creation”, and “evolution“.

2026年1月29日、第44回JCCP国際シンポジウムを開催いたしました。
7か国、12名の各国石油関連のVIPの基調講演及びセッションを通じ、豊富で多様な知識や経験に、約260名の会場参加者が触発され、「ソフトパワー」「共創」「進化」という視点から、持続可能な未来に向けた具体的な行動について考える良い機会となりました。

From January 13 to 23, 2026, over 11 days, we held the customized course CPJ-7-25 “Energy Transition Toward Decarbonization” for young female staff members of Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Energy, with 10 participants. The young participants, expected to become the next generation of leaders, engaged in the course with great enthusiasm and initiative. They thoroughly studied, reflected on, and discussed Japan's efforts toward carbon neutrality. In the leadership program, they learned essential perspectives and mindsets for leaders from new angles, gaining many valuable insights.
2026年1月13日から23日までの11日間、サウジアラビアのエネルギー省の若手女性職員を対象としたカスタマイズドコースCPJ-7-25「脱炭素に向けたエネルギートランジション」を開催し、10名が参加しました。次世代のリーダーとして活躍が期待される若き参加者は、とても熱心に、積極的にコースに参加し、日本のカーボンニュートラルに対する取り組みについてしっかり学び、考え、議論しました。リーダーシップに関するプログラムでは、新たな視点でリーダーに必要な視点や考え方を学び、多くの発見があったようです。

JCCP held the regular course program, “Leadership for Emerging Leaders” (IT-9-25) for the period between 9 to 19 December 2025. 15 young leaders(Age. 27-36) of oil & gas industry have participated in this course from eleven countries.
They enhanced leadership skills by case methods and assessments. Also, they earned broader and long-term perspective which they need to create future energy industry through business gamification and visiting Japanese companies.
Young leaders who understand diversity well and find common sense of same generation acted as a unified team beyond the national borders. Their experience and new human network shall be helpful to solve many problems to achieve their Net-Zero era.
JCCPは2025年12月9日から19日までの期間、「若手リーダーシップ」(IT-9-25)と題したレギュラーコースプログラムを開催し、11か国の石油・ガス関連 組織から27～36歳の15名が参加しました。
本プログラムではケースメソッドや特性分析を通じてリーダーシップの向上を図り、ビジネスゲームや日本企業の訪問により将来のエネルギー産業に必要な大局的・長期的視点を身につけました。多様性への理解が深く、同世代として共通の意識を持つ若き研修生達は、国籍の壁を越えたワンチームとなりました。この経験と人脈を活かして、様々な課題を解決し、ネットゼロ社会を実現させることでしょう。

JCCP held the regular course of “Refinery and Technology Management - for Next Technology Executives” (IT-8-25)from Dec.2 to Dec.12. 13 engineers in charge of the refinery and technology sector from 9 countries, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America, participated in this course. They learned about corporate strategy in Japanese oil companies as well as advanced expertise in various technical fields.
In addition, the program includes the learning on Japanese history and culture during the field trip at Kyoto City.
JCCPは、2025年12月 2日から12月12日までレギュラーコース「製油所・技術マネジメント－次世代技術リーダーのための－」（IT-8-25）を開催しました。本コースには中東、東南アジア、南米諸国 9カ国から技術部門のマネージャークラスの技術者を中心に13名が参加しました。本プログラムでは日本の製油所運営や各技術分野の高度な専門知識等について学ぶとともに、京都では日本の歴史や文化についても理解を深めることを目的に開催しました。

FCW (Friendship Committee for Women’s Career Development ), which celebrated its 10th anniversary, held its 21st FCW Forum and related programs from November 17 to 21, 2025, in the United Arab Emirates.
To commemorate the 10th anniversary, The forum was specially held at Qasr Al Muwaiji, a UNESCO World Heritage site located in the ancient city of Al Ain in the UAE. The event was attended by approximately 230 participants, including H.E. Dr. Maitha Al Shamsi, Minister of State of the UAE, and Chairperson of the FCW Board of Directors.From Japan, Dr. Ayako Kameda, Executive Officer, Green Energy Division at Obayashi Corporation, was invited as a guest speaker. Additionally, seven representatives from oil-related companies, including members of the FCW Planning Executive Committee, participated in the event.
In preparation for the forum, participants from the UAE, Oman, and Japan engaged in active discussions on mentoring and diversity themes at the ADNOC Sour Gas facility located in Al Dhafra, a desert region about three hours by car from Abu Dhabi.
Through the forum and related programs, participants shown a passionate commitment to women’s career development and empowerment, fostering exchange across diverse cultures and values.
設立10周年を迎えた日本・ＵＡＥとの女性のキャリア開発に向けた友好委員会（Friendship Committee for Women Career Development：略称ＦＣＷ）の第21回ＦＣＷフォーラム及び関連プログラムを、2025年11月17日から21日にＵＡＥで実施しました。
10周年を記念し、特別にUAEの古都アル・アインの世界遺産カスル・アル・ムワイジ内において開催されたフォーラムでは、友好委員会理事会議長であるマイサUAE国務大臣を始め、約230名が参加しました。日本からは、亀田綾子 大林組執行役員・グリーンエネルギー副本部長をゲストとして、また、石油関連企業からはＦＣＷ企画執行委員を含む7名が参加しました。
フォーラム準備も兼ねて、アブダビから車で約３時間の砂漠地帯のアル・ダフラにあるADNOC Sour Gas施設では、UAE・オマーン・日本の参加者が、メンタリングやダイバーシティをテーマとしたセッションで活発に意見交換を行いました。
フォーラム及び関連プログラムを通じて、多様な文化や価値観が交わる中で、女性のキャリア開発と活躍推進への熱い思いが共有されました。

Reflecting on the "Human Capital Development" Course (IT-7-25)
We are pleased to report on the successful conclusion of our Regular Course, "Human Capital Development" (IT-7-25), held from November 11 to November 21, 2025. We were joined by 14 HR development specialists representing 10 countries from the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and South America.
Throughout the program, participants and lecturers engaged in active discussions to explore how to maximize workforce potential and drive corporate value through strategic human capital development.
Participants also visited Japanese companies with a long-standing history of valuing their people, gaining insight into the disciplined nature of Japanese corporate culture. Yet, what struck us most was the participants' own demeanor. They maintained an outstanding balance of warmth and discipline. Their constant consideration for one another and their proactive attitude toward learning made them a truly exceptional group to host.
The strong bonds cultivated during these ten days will serve as a lasting asset in their careers and contribute significantly to the future of HR development in the global oil and gas industry.
研修実施報告「人的資本開発」（IT-7-25）
2025年11月11日から11月21日にかけて、レギュラーコース「人的資本開発」（IT-7-25）を開催しました。 本コースには、中東、北アフリカ、東南アジア、中央アジア、南米の10か国から、14名の人財育成スペシャリストが参加しました。
コース期間中、参加者は講師を交えて活発に議論し、従業員の能力を最大化させ企業価値を高めるための「人的資本開発」について理解を深めました。また、創業以来、長きにわたって人財価値を重視してきた日本企業を訪問し、参加者は日本の規律ある風土を体感しました。しかし何より印象的だったのは、参加者自身も、和やかな中にも規律を持ち合わせていたことです。互いへの配慮を欠かさず、学びの場を最大限に活用しようとする姿勢は、忘れ得ない素晴らしい学習集団でした。
期間中に培われた参加者間の絆は、彼らのキャリアにおいて、そして各国の石油・ガス産業の人財育成においても、必ずや力強く続いていくものと信じています。

The regular training course, "Project Management in the Petroleum Industry 2" (TR-8-25), was held from November 11 to 28, 2025. The course welcomed 15 project practitioners from 12 countries across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and South America. Participants deepened their understanding of project management through active discussion with instructors.
Despite facing several challenges, this team successfully overcame them by building strong unity, referring to themselves as "cross-border kinship." This experience served as a practical application of "Relational Management," a key aspect of project success. The strong professional bonds cultivated during the course are expected to be a valuable asset to their future careers.
2025年11月11日から11月28日にかけて、レギュラーコース「石油産業のプロジェクトマネジメント２」（TR-8-25）を開催いたしました。本コースには、中東、東南アジア、中央アジア、南米の12か国から15名のプロジェクト実務家が参加しました。コース期間中、参加者は講師を交えて活発に議論し、プロジェクトマネジメントに関する理解を深めました。
また、彼らはいくつかの問題に直面しましたが、国境を越えた「親戚」のように一丸となり、それらの困難を乗り越えました。この経験は、プロジェクトマネジメントにおいて最も重要とされる「関係性マネジメント」を実践する機会となりました。本コースで培われた強固な絆は、今後、彼らのキャリアと可能性にとって貴重な力の源となるでしょう。

JCCP held the regular course of “Reliability Enhancement of Rotary Machinery” (TR-5-25)from Sep.16 to Oct.3. A total of 15 people involved in oil-related plant maintenance from 12 countries in the Middle East, Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and North and South America participated in this course. Through lectures and on-site training at Japanese companies, they learned about vibration analysis and countermeasures, maintenance of pumps and compressors, and handling of mechanical seals and bearings, improving their knowledge and skills regarding rotating machinery.
JCCPは、2025年9月16日から10月3日までレギュラーコース「回転機器の信頼性向上」（TR-5-25）を開催しました。本コースには中東・中央・南・東南アジア、北・南米の12カ国から石油関連プラントのメンテナンスに携わる合計15名が参加しました。講義や訪問企業先での研修を通じて振動に対する分析と対策、ポンプ、コンプレッサーのメンテナンス、およびメカニカルシール、ベアリングの取扱いについて学び、回転機器に対する知識とスキルの向上を図りました。

The customized course CPJ-4-25 “Operational Excellence / Quality Management” was held for 11 days from October 21 to 31, 2025, for 15 operational excellence elite leaders selected from various divisions of Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia's state-owned oil company. They learned about the history and background of quality management development in Japan. Also, they visited long-established Japanese companies, studying their corporate philosophies, management principles, and quality management systems while gaining insight into the underlying nature of Japanese operational excellence.
2025年10月21日から31日までの11日間、サウジアラビアの国営石油会社サウジアラムコの様々な事業所のオペレーショナルエクセレンスのリーダーを対象としたカスタマイズドコースCPJ-4-25「業務改善 / 品質マネジメント」を開催し、選抜された精鋭15名が参加しました。参加者は日本における品質マネジメントの発展の歴史や背景を学ぶとともに、長い歴史を持つ日本の企業を訪問して、その企業理念や経営哲学、そして品質マネジメントを学びながら、その根底にある日本のオペレーショナルエクセレンスのあり方を学びました。
