Here’s the full energy path:
Sunlight → DC Electricity → Inverter (DC to AC) → Home Appliances

A solar panel captures sunlight and generates direct current (DC) electricity. An inverter then changes this DC into alternating current (AC), which is the type of power used by household devices. When a battery is part of the setup, any surplus energy can be stored and used later.

Step-by-Step Breakdown

Sunlight reaches the solar panel

DC electricity is generated
