Many others may be present during moments of comfort and success, but not all will remain when life becomes difficult. It is important to recognize the limits of relationships and to clearly understand who your genuine friends are.
Even in biblical history, moments of hardship revealed the strength—or absence—of support. Simon of Cyrene helped carry the cross, while others who were close, like Peter, faltered under pressure. In the darkest moment, Jesus called out to God, emphasizing that divine presence remains constant even when human support fails.
In life, we may invest deeply in others, yet find ourselves turning elsewhere when we face our own struggles. This highlights the importance of building meaningful relationships with people who truly understand and stand by us in times of need.
Above all, nurture strong bonds with those who are genuinely dependable. And in the most challenging moments, seek strength and guidance from God and the unwavering support of your parents.
