This is what happens to your money when you build with Jenga Savannah. 🔒

Step 1. You deposit funds into an independent escrow account held under the Trustee Act (Cap 167). Not our account. Not the contractor's.

Step 2. Your contractor builds. Our QS visits the site. We physically inspect the works, verify materials against delivery notes, check quality against specifications.

Step 3. Only when our QS certifies the milestone AND you approve the release in writing does any money leave escrow.

Step 4. The contractor gets paid for exactly what they delivered. Nothing more.
