IMET Impact
IMET creates lasting impact by transforming interest in technology into practical, income-generating skills. Through hands-on training in mobile phone, laptop, and digital device repair, IMET equips learners with real-world competencies that immediately improve employability, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.

1. Youth & Community Empowerment
IMET empowers young people and unemployed adults with technical skills that allow them to start repair businesses, secure jobs, or earn daily income. This reduces unemployment, dependency, and social vulnerability while restoring dignity and confidence among trainees.

2. Skills for Sustainable Livelihoods
Our training focuses on practical repair work using real devices, not theory alone. Graduates gain skills that remain relevant in a fast-growing digital economy, enabling long-term income rather than short-term assistance.

3. Access to Technology & Digital Inclusion
By refurbishing and reusing donated phones, laptops, and cameras, IMET increases access to technology for learning, communication, and productivity—especially for underserved communities and institutions.

4. Environmental Impact (E-Waste Reduction)
IMET promotes a repair-first culture that extends the life of electronic devices. This reduces electronic waste, supports environmental sustainability, and teaches responsible technology use.

5. Community Knowledge Transfer
Graduates often become trainers, mentors, or community technicians, multiplying the impact by sharing knowledge and skills within their neighborhoods, schools, and churches.

6. Partnership-Driven Impact
Through collaboration with individuals, organizations, institutions, and international partners, IMET expands training capacity, reaches more learners, and delivers greater measurable impact with shared resources.
