What you are seeing in these images is the grinding and sanding stage of our EPS panel production, with blocks being worked to create the interlocking grooves that determine how well every panel joins together on your project site.

Here is why this stage matters more than most people realize:

The groove is what makes the joint. A precise groove means panels interlock tightly, no gaps, no air infiltration, no thermal bridging between panels. For a cold room holding -18°C or a cleanroom maintaining ISO classification, a poorly cut groove is the difference between a facility that performs and one that fails its first audit.

Every EPS block that passes through our workshop is ground and sanded to the same standard, because the precision at this stage is what protects the quality of everything that follows.

U-channels are the aluminium profiles that seal and protect every panel edge in your cold room or cleanroom. They create the clean, hygienic junction between panels and floor, panels and ceiling and panels and doorframes. Without them, you have exposed edges, potential contamination points and a finish that will not pass a hygiene audit.
