지난 9월 5일, ‘수소액화 플랜트용 냉매 압축기 개발’ 의 테스트베드 구축을 위한 김해시와 경상남도의 업무 협약 체결식에 하이에어코리아가 수소 산업 관련 기업으로 참석하였습니다. 이번 협약식에서는 테스트베드 구축 및 운영 협력, 액체 수소 및 극저온 관련 핵심기술의 연구개발 실증 추진, 국가 지역사업 발굴 및 지역기업 지원, 협력 등의 내용이 논의 되었습니다.

On September 5th, HI AIR KOREA participated in the meeting of a business agreement between Gimhae City and Gyeongsangnam-do for the establishment of a testbed for the development of refrigerant compressors for hydrogen liquefaction plants. HI AIR KOREA attended as a company involved in the hydrogen industry. During this meeting, discussions revolved around topics such as collaboration in testbed construction and operation, research and development demonstrations of key technologies related to liquid hydrogen and cryogenics, exploration of national and regional projects, support for local businesses, and various forms of cooperation.

It was a very meaningful and honorable moment for HI AIR KOREA to contribute to the globally recognized field of hydrogen energy generation, which is gaining attention as the next-generation energy source. 👏👏

지난 8월 24일 강원특별자치도 수소전문기업 육성지원사업의 일환으로 수소산업 관련 부품 및 소재의 기업 8개사 및 H2KOREA, 강원테크노파크에서 약 25여명이 하이에어코리아 창녕 퓨얼셀 공장에 방문하여 관련 교육 및 현장견학을 진행 하였습니다.
이번 교육에서는 하이에어코리아의 주력 제품인 연료전지 모듈과 수소 충전소용 냉동기에 대한 설명이 진행 되었습니다. 더불어 수소 산업의 향후 전망 및 사업 방향에 대한 논의도 이루어 졌습니다.
하이에어코리아는 440MW 규모의 연료전지를 월 30대 생산 가능한 설비를 보유하고 있으며, 선박 및 해양, 산업용 냉동기를 통해 습득한 기술력과 노하우를 바탕으로 수소 충전 설비의 다양한 요구 조건에 맞추어 최적화된 제품을 개발 및 제공하고 있습니다.
수소 산업 분야의 멘토 기업으로서 하이에어코리아가 강원도의 수소 산업 네트워크를 구축하는데 도움이 되었다고 하니 정말 뜻 깊은 시간이었습니다.
앞으로도 하이에어코리아는 혁신적인 아이디어 및 솔루션을 통해 최적의 수소 충전 시스템을 구축하고, 최첨단 생산설비와 우수한 생산기술로 고객과 함께 성장하는 기업으로 거듭날 것입니다.

On August 24th, at the Changnyeong Fuel Cell Factory of HIAIR KOREA, an educational session and on-site visit took place as part of Gangwon Province's hydrogen-specialized company support program. The event was attended by 8 hydrogen-related companies, H2KOREA, and Gangwon Techno Park.
During this educational event, explanations were provided about HIAIR KOREA’s main products, fuel cell modules, and refrigeration systems for hydrogen refueling stations. Additionally, discussions took place regarding the future prospects and business directions of the hydrogen industry.
HIAIR KOREA possesses facilities capable of producing 30 sets of 440MW fuel cells per month. Drawing upon the technology and expertise acquired through ship and marine applications, as well as industrial refrigeration systems, the company is developing and providing optimized products tailored to various requirements for hydrogen refueling facilities.
Being a mentor company in the hydrogen industry sector, HIAIR KOREA has contributed to the establishment of Gangwon Province's hydrogen industry network. This was truly a meaningful moment.
HIAIR KOREA will continue to construct an optimal hydrogen charging system through innovative ideas and solutions, and will evolve into a company that grows alongside its customers, thanks to high-tech production facilities and excellent manufacturing technology.

회사를 벗어나 다양한 부서, 여러 직급이 모인 자리에서 활동적이고 색다른 교육과 활동으로 서로를 알아가고 배려가 넘치는 조직이 되는 방법에 대해 알아보았답니다.
교육의 일환으로 현업에서 만나지 못했던 동료들과 다같이 힘을 합쳐 근사한 그림을 완성했다는 사실이 굉장히 뜻깊게 느껴지네요. 🎨

지난 6월 삼성중공업 엔지니어분들께서 하이에어코리아 창녕 공장에 방문해 주셨습니다.
선박을 구성하는 주요 장비인 만큼 수년간의 기술력을 가진 하이에어코리아에서 삼성중공업의 요청을 받아 Ventilation Fan 장비에 대한 위탁교육을 진행하였는데요.
기술미팅뿐만 아니라 창녕 공장의 주력 생산품인 Ventilation Fan 및 Accessory 의 제작 공정과 현물도 직접 확인하고, FAT 도 참관하여 매우 유익한 시간을 가졌습니다.
삼성중공업뿐만 아니라 국내/외 주요 고객사분들의 요청으로 하이에어코리아 제품에 대한 위탁교육을 종종 실시하곤 합니다. 교육 요청해주신 것에 감사함을 느끼고 더욱 더 알차고 풍성한 내용으로 교육이 진행될 수 있도록 앞으로도 최선을 다하여 준비하도록 하겠습니다.

Last June, engineers from Samsung Heavy Industries visited the HI AIR KOREA Changnyeong factory. As a crucial component of ships, HI AIR KOREA's expertise in ventilation fans led them to conduct a dedicated training session on Ventilation Fan equipment, responding to Samsung Heavy Industries' request.
During the visit, they not only held technical meetings but also had the opportunity to directly observe the production process and FAT of Ventilation Fans and Accessories, which are the main products of the Changnyeong factory. Witnessing the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) was particularly enlightening, providing a valuable experience.
HI AIR KOREA frequently conducts training sessions on their products upon request from both domestic and international key customers, including Samsung Heavy Industries. 하이에어코리아는 4월 포스코플렌텍 수소 PRG 시스템 개발을 위한 기술교류회에 참석 했습니다.
PRG 란 수소 생산, 충전, 발전 설비를 하나의 패키지 형태로 모듈화한 통합형 수소 충전 시스템 인데요, 하이에어코리아는 R(Refueling, 충전) 모듈 관련 협력사로 참가하여 기술소개 및 PRG 개발에 필요한 기술과 아이디어 토론을 진행 하였습니다.
수소 PRG 시스템 관련 기술을 보유하고 있는 우수 기업들이 모여 기술 교류 및 협력 관계를 구축하는 자리를 가졌으며, 이번 기술교류회를 계기로 하이에어코리아도 수소 PRG 시스템의 개발에 기여할 수 있는 기회가 될 것입니다.

HI AIR KOREA participated in a technology exchange meeting in April for the development of POSCO Plantec's hydrogen PRG system. PRG is an integrated hydrogen charging system that modularizes hydrogen production, refueling, and power generation equipment into a single package. HI AIR KOREA participated as a Refueling(R) module-related partner and discussed the technology and ideas necessary for PRG development. The meeting brought together outstanding companies with expertise in hydrogen PRG system-related technology to establish technology exchange and collaboration. This meeting is an opportunity for HI AIR KOREA to contribute to the development of the hydrogen PRG system. HI AIR KOREA will do its best to contribute to the hydrogen economy development and lead the growth of the hydrogen industry.

지난 3월 23일 하이에어코리아와 록히드마틴의 해군 장비 관련 KICK OFF MEETING이 있었습니다.
해당 프로젝트는 코로나 확산 이후 중단되었다가 재개되는 프로젝트로, 앞으로 록히드마틴과의 협업으로 빈틈없는 설계와 공정관리로 성공적인 장비 개발 및 납품이 될 수 있게 노력하겠습니다.
이처럼 하이에어코리아는 상선, OFFSHORE PLANT 뿐만 아니라 해군선, 잠수함 관련 HVAC 장비 또한 생산하고 있습니다. 까다로운 설계조건 및 납품기준을 가지는 방산 관련 프로젝트도 하이에어코리아의 기술력과 높은 품질로 문제없이 진행하고 있습니다.
코로나 이후 마스크 없는 일상이 다시 돌아오고 있는 것처럼, 록히드마틴과의 RE-KICK OFF MEETING도 매우 뜻깊은 자리였습니다.

On March 23, HI AIR KOREA and LOCKHEED MARTIN held a KICK OFF MEETING regarding naval equipment.
This project was previously suspended due to COVID-19. But fortunately it has now resumed this year. We are excited about the opportunity to achieve successful development and delivery through our high quality design and project management.
In addition to producing HVAC system for merchant vessels and offshore plants, HI AIR KOREA also has experience producing for naval ships and submarines, which require strict design condition and delivery standards for defense-related projects.
Just as daily life without masks is returning after COVID-19, RE-KICK OFF MEETING with LOCKHEED MARTIN was also a very meaningful occasion for us.
