فرن الصهر الحثّي Indutherm MU 700 V مع نظام التفريغ (Vacuum)
مقدمة عن الجهاز :
فرن Indutherm MU 700 V هو فرن صهر حثّي كهربائي مُصمم لصهر المعادن الثمينة والسبائك بفعالية عالية ، ويتميز بوجود نظام تفريغ (Vacuum) لتحسين عملية الصب وضمان جودة أعلى . الجهاز ينتمي لسلسلة MU/MUV التي تنتجها شركة Indutherm الألمانية ، المتخصصة في أنظمة الصهر والصب الصناعية عالية الجودة.

مبدأ التشغيل :
يعتمد الجهاز على التسخين الحثّي (Induction Heating) حيث يتم توليد مجال كهرومغناطيسي يقوم بتسخين المعدن داخل بوتقة صهر المقاومة دون لهب ، مما يضمن الاتى :
• صهر المعدن بسرعة وكفاءة عالية
• توزيع حراري ممتاز

‎جهاز SISMA LM-D VISION هو جهاز لحام بالليزر يستخدم في الأعمال الدقيقة جداً، خصوصًا في المجوهرات، مختبرات الأسنان، والإلكترونيات الدقيقة.

‎2- مجموعة رؤوس حفر دقيقة من الفولاذ أو الكربيد، تُستخدم في الأشغال الدقيقة مثل المجوهرات أو النقش على المعادن

‎3-رؤوس كربيد التنجستن (tungsten carbide burrs) — أقوى من البقية، تُستخدم لقطع وصقل المعادن القاسية مثل الحديد والنحاس والذهب أحياناً
