We are thrilled to announce the official opening of , an exceptional coastal development that blends contemporary design with Kuwaiti cultural heritage.

Recognised in the 2020-2021 Arabian Property Awards with an award in the Mixed Use Architecture category, the design of the new Messila Beach celebrates local craftsmanship through architecture inspired by traditional Sadu weaving.

The distinctive triangular motifs characteristic of Sadu patterns are reinterpreted across floors, canopies, and shading elements, while the loom’s linear forms are expressed within the ceilings and spatial rhythm of key interior spaces, including the ice cream parlor and central pavilions.

Designed as a year-round, multi-purpose destination, the Messila Beach club offers a comprehensive range of facilities suited for all ages, from four distinct pools (leisure, children’s, aqua play, and wave) to dedicated areas for sports and water activities. The development includes private rental pavilions, family cabanas, and a variety of dining experiences.

The renewed Messilah Beach represents a benchmark in coastal hospitality architecture and reaffirms our commitment to creating spaces that honors cultural identity and encourages community use.

We are pleased to announce that Gulf Consult’s design for the new National Bank of Kuwait Children’s Hospital has won Best Hospital Design 2025 at the International Architecture Awards, accepted by Lead Architect Bader Al-Najada . Spanning 8,000sqm in the Sabah Medical Area, the project facilitates advanced pediatric healthcare in Kuwait, blending playful design, sustainability, and innovation to create a healing environment for children and families.

The hospital merges function and form to provide patients and staff with a state-of-the-art facility that reflects the spirit of childhood. The design incorporates a unique colorful façade that bends with programmatic elements and responds to the sun, shading interiors and making sustainability a living expression of care.

Inside, light and green views flow through every level maintaining a healing connection to nature, while soothing inpatient rooms balance the needs of patients and their caregivers. An outdoor central play courtyard and indoor family spaces provide ample space for young patients to explore and play during their stay.

Gulf Consult is proud to celebrate this esteemed award and to continue shaping the future of healthcare infrastructure in Kuwait.

We are pleased to announce that the Kuwait National Guard Marina has been nationally awarded Leisure Project of the Year at the 2025 MEED Projects Awards.

Designed as a state-of-the-art marine facility with capacity for 146 boats, the marina’s defining features take the shape of two elegant pavilions, or “sea jewels,” shaped by the elliptical geometry of the site. One pavilion houses an exclusive lounge, while the other is a versatile multi-purpose event space crowned by a distinctive watchtower.

Inspired by the movement of the sea, the marina’s design uses advanced tools to shape facades that reflect light like waves in motion. Bold cantilevered forms, precision engineering, and protective breakwaters come together to create an innovative landmark on Kuwait’s coast.

We are honored to see this project recognized on a regional stage and congratulate the team behind this achievement.
