يعد جوهرة مطار شانغي (Jewel Changi Airport) وجهة معمارية وترفيهية مميزة تقع في مطار شانغي في سنغافورة. صممه المعماري موشيه صفدي وافتُتح عام 2019، ويشتهر بقبة ضخمة من الزجاج والفولاذ تجمع بين الطبيعة والعمارة الحديثة. في مركزه يقع الشلال الشهير Rain Vortex، وهو أطول شلال داخلي في العالم، ويحيط به وادٍ أخضر داخلي يُعرف باسم Forest Valley ويضم آلاف الأشجار والنباتات. يجمع المشروع بين المساحات الخضراء والتسوق والمطاعم والترفيه، مما يحول المطار إلى وجهة فريدة للزوار والمسافرين.

Jewel Changi Airport is a remarkable architectural and lifestyle destination located at Changi Airport in Singapore. Designed by architect Moshe Safdie, the complex opened in 2019 and is known for its striking glass-and-steel dome that blends nature with modern architecture. At its center is the iconic HSBC Rain Vortex, the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, surrounded by the lush indoor garden called Shiseido Forest Valley. The development integrates greenery, shopping, dining, and entertainment, turning the airport environment into a unique destination for both travelers and visitors.

دار أوبرا Harbin Opera House صمّمها المعماري Ma Yansong من شركة MAD Architects، واستُلهم تصميمها من المناظر الطبيعية الثلجية في مدينة هاربين. يتميّز المبنى بأشكاله الانسيابية البيضاء التي تشبه الكثبان الثلجية التي شكّلها الهواء، مما يجعله يندمج مع البيئة المحيطة. يغطي الواجهة الخارجية ألواح من الألمنيوم، بينما يحتوي الداخل على أسطح خشبية دافئة تمنح قاعة الحفلات طابعًا عضويًا ونحتيًا.
Harbin Opera House, designed by Ma Yansong of MAD Architects, is inspired by the snowy landscape of Harbin. Its flowing white form resembles wind-shaped snow dunes, allowing the building to blend with its natural surroundings. The exterior is covered with aluminum panels, while the interior features warm wooden surfaces that create an organic, sculptural concert hall experience.

‎لنتذكر هذا المشروع الأيقوني — مزايا 7 زونز مجمّع تجاري متطور يستعد ليصبح معلمًا مستقبليًا بارزًا. يتميّز هذا المشروع متعدد المستويات بوجهة نابضة بالحياة لكل ما يتعلق بعالم التصميم، حيث يضم صالات عرض ومساحات مكتبية مخصّصة بشكل رئيسي للعلامات التجارية الراقية، موزعة على طوابق القبو، والأرضي، والميزانين، والأول.

‎وقد تم تخطيط المشروع بعناية ليضم في الطابق الأرضي مصممي الديكور الداخلي، والمقاولين، والاستشاريين، بينما خُصص طابق الميزانين للمكاتب. ويعد مزايا 7 زونز بتقديم تجربة تسوق راقية ضمن بيئة ديناميكية وملهمة.

Let’s remember this iconic project — Mazaya 7 Zones a cutting-edge commercial complex set to become a future landmark. This multi-level development features a vibrant destination for all things related to design, offering showrooms and office spaces mainly for high-end brands across the basement, ground, mezzanine, and first floors. It is thoughtfully structured with interior designers, contractors, and consultants on the ground floor, while office spaces are located on the mezzanine. Mazaya 7 Zones promises a premier shopping experience within a dynamic and inspiring environment.

يُعدّ برج إلومينا الطبي مثالًا بارزًا للعمارة الصحية المعاصرة في الكويت، حيث يجمع بين التصميم الراقي والوظيفة العملية. ونستذكر هذا المشروع كأحد المحطات المميزة في مسيرتنا، حيث اندمج الابتكار والتقنية والجماليات المدروسة لرفع مستوى البيئة الطبية في المنطقة.

The Illumina Medical Tower stands as a benchmark of contemporary healthcare architecture in Kuwait, uniting refined design with purposeful function. We remember this project as a defining moment in our journey — a place where innovation, technology, and thoughtful aesthetics came together to elevate the standard of medical environments in the region.

‎جسر كونيتسا هو جسر حجري تاريخي يقع في كونيتسا، إبروس، اليونان، ويعبر نهر آوس. تم بناؤه في 1869 على يد المهندس المعماري زيوقاس فرونتوس، ويتميز بقوس واحد طوله 36.9 م وارتفاعه 20 م، مما يجعله من أكبر جسور القوس الواحد الحجرية في البلقان. تعرض للتلف في 1913 وتمت صيانته لاحقًا باستخدام الخرسانة المسلحة.

‎يقع الجسر ضمن منتزه فيكوس–آوس الجيولوجي، المحاط بالمنحدرات الخلابة والقرى التقليدية. ويعلّق تحت الجسر جرس صغير كان يحذر المسافرين من الرياح القوية. اليوم، يُعد الجسر مكانًا شهيرًا للتصوير والمشي في الطبيعة.

The Konitsa Bridge is a historic stone arch bridge in Konitsa, Epirus, Greece, spanning the Aoos River. Built in 1869 by architect Ziogas Frontzos, it features a single arch 36.9 m long and 20 m high, making it one of the largest single-arch stone bridges in the Balkans. Damaged in 1913, it was later repaired with reinforced concrete.

Located in the Vikos–Aoos Geopark, it’s surrounded by scenic gorges and traditional villages. A small bell under the bridge historically warned travelers of strong winds. Today, it’s a popular spot for photography and hiking.

‎سمو الشيخ أحمد عبدالله الأحمد الصباح، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، يتفقد مشروع مركز الكويت الجديد لمكافحة السرطان، وذلك على هامش الاجتماع الأسبوعي لمجلس الوزراء الذي عُقد في مبنى المشروع.

‎وأوضح وزير الصحة الدكتور أحمد العوضي في تصريح لـ«كونا» أن المركز صُمم ليكون صرحًا طبيًا متكاملًا يقدم منظومة شاملة من خدمات علاج الأورام وأمراض الدم والجراحة التخصصية والعلاج الإشعاعي والدعم الاجتماعي.

His Highness the Prime Minister, Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, inspected the New Kuwait Cancer Control Center on the sidelines of the weekly Cabinet meeting, which was held at the project site.

Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadi stated to KUNA that the center has been designed as an integrated medical landmark, providing a comprehensive system of services in oncology, hematology, specialized surgery, radiotherapy, and social support.

جسر سكيل لين للمشاة في مدينة هال بإنجلترا، والمعروف أيضًا باسم جسر سكيل لين الدوّار، هو جسر مخصص للمشاة وراكبي الدراجات افتُتح عام 2013 بتصميم من شركة الهندسة المعمارية McDowell + Benedetti. يتميز الجسر بشكل فريد يشبه الفاصلة، ويُعد أول جسر في العالم يُسمح للأشخاص بالبقاء عليه أثناء دورانه لفتح الطريق أمام السفن. يضم الجسر منصات مشاهدة ومقاعد وممرات منحدرة وسلالم تربط بين البلدة القديمة التاريخية في هال والمناطق الشرقية الحديثة ضمن مشروع لتجديد المدينة. وقد صُمم بنظام دوران كهربائي من تنفيذ شركة Alan Baxter Ltd، وأُغلق مؤقتًا لأعمال الصيانة في عام 2025 قبل أن يُعاد افتتاحه بعد التأكد من سلامته التشغيلية.

The Scale Lane Footbridge in Hull, England—also known as the Scale Lane Swing Bridge—is an award-winning pedestrian and cyclist bridge spanning the River Hull, designed by McDowell + Benedetti and opened in 2013. Costing around £7 million, it’s celebrated as the first bridge in the world that allows people to stay on it while it swings open to let boats pass. Its distinctive apostrophe-shaped design features a viewing platform, seating, and both ramped and stepped access, linking Hull’s historic Old Town with the city’s eastern developments as part of a major regeneration effort. The bridge, operated by an electric swing mechanism engineered by Alan Baxter Ltd, temporarily closed for maintenance in 2025 but reopened after safety checks confirmed its operation.
