Solar PV system safety tips:

1- MC4 connectors are waterproof and UV-resistant. For longer life, route them under PV panels to reduce UV/weather exposure.

2- UV-resistant DC cables should be installed in flexible spiral conduit in exposed areas, with ends facing downward to avoid water buildup.

3- Bond all PV frames to the mounting structure using listed grounding hardware. Use insulated bonds to prevent corrosion and copper oxidation.
