Because behind every framework and every process, there's a belief I hold firmly: hire the attitude, train the skills. Technical expertise can be developed. Work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, curiosity, and the willingness to grow; those you bring through the door with you. That's what we look for at Sigma, and that's what we invest in.
My outlook for this company is optimistic ,not blindly, but because I see the people. And when you have the right people, aligned around the right values, growth isn't a goal,It's a consequence.
