Being an experienced Indenting Agent; we act as the integral link between the Sri Lankan importers and our overseas suppliers. As specialists in indenting services, we reach out to top-tier suppliers of raw materials, chemicals and allied products spread across the globe to procure our customers’ raw material requirements and facilitate delivery of shipments direct to the customer’s warehouse. What’s more, we offer an end-to-end indenting service to our customers, from product searching, product sourcing, price negotiation and sample submission to supplier selection, order monitoring, tracking of shipments and more, in order to ensure cost-effective, hassle-free and on-time delivery of goods. We also follow up on claims and complaints owing to inferior quality, quantity discrepancies, breakage and damage etc. on behalf of our customers, thus offering an array of value-added indenting services at competitive rates. We carry in our inventory a comprehensive range of specialty raw materials, chemicals and related products to meet the demands of our customers, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of raw material to cater for the market demand. As a responsible stockist of mission-critical raw material, we’re firmly committed to ensuring the safety of our valued stakeholders and adhere to responsible storage and distribution practices. We not only follow established safety guidelines throughout the storage and distribution process but collaborate with relevant authorities to evaluate our on-site standards and processes for housing hazardous products with a view to safeguarding the best interests of our customers, employees, communities and the environment. We also undertake consolidation of stocks (multi supplier), inventory management and stock control and special cargo arrangements on behalf of our customers with a view to ensuring a seamless supply of raw materials at economical rates.
