Civimech can boast of handling some of the largest Industrial Air Conditioning contracts in the country, among them being the largest shopping complex in Sri Lanka, one of the largest garment factories under construction, and the largest VRV Air Conditioning system now being installed at a prestigious apartment complex, not to mention the numerous factories, hotels, hospitals and office complexes that have been successfully completed in the past. The forte of Civimech is their ability to introduce the latest technological developments in the industry and offer the benefits to its clients. More recently Civimech launched its own branded product in air conditioning – the Ciyota Air Conditioner. Over the years Civimech has established partnerships with many prestigious dealerships, such as Carrier and Hitachi Central Air Conditioners, Uniflair Precision Air Conditioning equipment and Angelantoni biomedical equipment which has given Civimech the edge over others. Civimech further consolidated its position by adding Daikin of Japan to their range of equipment and due to this, are in a position to offer better and more economical solutions to their customers. Civimech was awarded ICTAD Grade EM-1 on company performance and capabilities. The company with a lot of foresight has diversified into areas such as automobile repair and service and agriculture. Civimech Automobile (Private) Ltd., maintains a fully equipped automobile repair and service centre at Egodauyana, Moratuwa and Civimech Agro (Private) Limited has reclaimed 215 acres of barren land at Girandurukotte, in the Mahaveli System C, to a state-of-the-art fruit and vegetable farm using up to date methods of layout and techniques. The company has plans to extend its Air Conditioning business to other countries such as the Maldives and the Middle East and make ‘Civimech’ a household name in Sri Lanka.
