We, Janith Constructions, have been engaged in the business of building construction of no less than 15 years. We have engaged several teams of ours on our locations. At the each location, we have set up a team that consists of engineers, architects, technicians, artisans and workmen required. The workforce at each site is supported by the chief engineers and experts on circuit of ours on whenever required in addition to the regular scheduled visits. We undertake to do everything required to construct a building even on land taken over by the wilderness
* (a) clearing of land inclusive of felling of trees in dense forests
* (b) clearing the land of all felled trees, boulders and bush
* (c) then construction of the building as per the requirements of the client
We undertake to construct building on lands where the existing buildings needs to be demolished
* (a) We do have the capability to demolish buildings in Controlled Demolition Process so that nearby buildings and structures wouldn’t be damaged, harmed or disturbed at all.
* (b) We do get the land cleared of all rubble following the demolition and make the land a level ground. Where ever wanted by the architecture of the building, elevated areas too are raised following the clearance of the block of land.
