Cost planning

At RKCC we provide with you an unmatched consultancy service to plan your project cost. Once you fine tune and finalize the cost plan, you are fit enough to move in to building plans/ designs. We provide you continuous cost prediction service during the design development. Once comprehensive project plan is completed (Architectural, Structural & Services), you will receive a FIXED contract sum from us. It is the PEACE OF MIND you get from us where no extra cost or price escalation will be charged from you later. You will not be able to match our Cost planning, monitoring and fixed sum offer elsewhere.

Consultancy Service - Design

You can have a tailor made house according to your desire from famous chartered Architects with RKCC.(Please refer www.rkcc.lk for more details). Once you finalize your building ideas and once you finalize layout plans you will be able to see a photo realistic 3D visual of your dream house. There are another 10-20 architectural working drawings involve in the process to detail every aspect of your home. Our Structural consultant investigates soil condition and produce full scale structural design/ drawings. Services (Electrical/ plumbing) design done by a services Engineer. We provide above comprehensive service within 35 days. Our Design consultancy service is unmatched in the market.

Construction phase

We have placed a high importance for quality of the work we carried out and the material used in the construction. With the expertise knowledge of RKCC trading company for more than 10 years we select the raw materials in a very concise manner where we meet the right quality at the most competitive price. All projects handled by our team under stringent quality controls. There is a TQM (Total quality management) in place. We check the construction Quality in to very detail level in each of the construction phase . We use Branded ingredients for all inputs such as Holcim Cement, Lanwa Steel . RKCC provides construction method statements for all important activities as well as we provide concrete test reports for all concrete elements. There are many more additions such as standard practices and so on. It is an unmatched construction experience.
