Steady progress on the ongoing construction of a Two-Bedroom Apartment (Upstairs Building) at St. Joseph's Catholic Hospital.

Significant milestones have been achieved in the foundation and substructure phase:
Foundation Formwork: 95% complete, with only minor areas pending final adjustments.

Grade/Tie Beams: 85% complete, with remaining sections awaiting final reinforcement checks and concrete placement.

Backfilling Works: 25% completed using approved materials and proper compaction methods.

Our team continue to make steady progress on ongoing fence rehabilitation works at the Roberts International Airport, with activities advancing efficiently across the project site.

Dismantling and installation operations were carried out simultaneously, ensuring a smooth transition between removal and replacement phases.

Approximately 93% of damaged fence sections have been successfully removed, marking a significant milestone.

Installation of new chain link mesh is actively underway along Belt 022, with works executed in a phased and controlled manner to support proper alignment, material recovery, and quality installation.

Key operations completed include the careful dismantling of defective sections with recovery of reusable materials, precise installation of new fencing, and continuous monitoring to maintain correct fence line, spacing, and structural integrity.

Frebenja remains committed to delivering quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage of the project.

We continue to make steady progress on ongoing construction works, at the St. Joseph's Catholic Hospital, with major focus on reinforced concrete substructure development.

Foundation activities are advancing well, including the continued casting of strip and isolated footings, alongside the commencement of grade beam formation to strengthen structural integrity and ensure proper load distribution across the building.

A key milestone achieved during this phase is the successful installation and casting of twenty-three (23) column base dowels, all carefully aligned and embedded in accordance with structural specifications. At the same time, interior trench excavation has begun, paving the way for internal footing and grade beam connections.

Current Status:
Substructure works are now transitioning from excavation to the reinforced concrete footing and grade beam stages, a critical step toward bringing the structure above ground.

We currently implementing the construction of a two-bedroom upstairs apartment building for St. Joseph's Catholic Hospital, as a Liberian owned construction company supporting improved accommodation and infrastructure within Liberia’s healthcare sector.

Progress Highlights:
•Foundation works are advancing steadily with continued manual excavation of trenches to required dimensions and alignment

•Column base dowel casting is underway, with seven (7) dowels successfully completed during this phase

•All external foundation trenches are now 100% excavated, marking a significant milestone in the project

We are proud to be leading the rehabilitation of the Chain Link Fence (Belt 04-022) at Roberts International Airport, strengthening safety, security, and infrastructure at one of Liberia’s most vital gateways.

The project includes the removal and replacement of damaged chain link fence components, along with the installation of new fencing across designated sections.

Progress Highlights:
•Systematic removal of damaged fence wire is actively underway

•New chain link fence installation has commenced at Belt 04

•225 linear feet completed out of a total 1,200 feet, marking steady and measurable progress
