This weekend, we’re heading to Spain for the 24H Experience — and NP Parts is one of five Lithuanian teams taking on the challenge! 🏁

Our BMW E46 Compact, built and prepared by our team, will face 24 hours of endurance racing with a team of seriously fast Lithuanian drivers behind the wheel. 🔥

You've seen it before, and now it's ready to order.

This isn't another adjustable suspension kit. It's a complete front-end system for BMW E30, E36 & E46, designed to fix the geometry rather than just add more adjustment.

Lowering a BMW changes the front-end geometry: the roll center drops and bump steer increases. Our system is built to correct that:

⚙️ Corrected roll center
⚙️ Reduced bump steer
⚙️ Billet control arms and front links
⚙️ Double-shear mounting
🔩 Reinforced chassis points

Everything is developed from full 3D scan data and designed to work together as one system.

FROM SCAN TO TRACK. 🏁

Another custom part for our BMW E46 Compact: a 3D-printed air duct that brings fresh air into the cabin.

It didn't start with printing, though. 👀
First, we 3D scanned the area. Then we designed, printed and tested different versions — until one fit and worked exactly the way we wanted.

The final version is printed from PA-GF (glass fibre reinforced polyamide), chosen for its strength and heat resistance.

And yes, we tested it where it actually matters — on track.

✔️ No melting or deformation, even in the heat
