🧑🏻‍🏭🌐Uab General ConsTrust - Kodėl nerūdijančio plieno siūlės turi būti baltos ❓

Suvirinimas nerūdijančiu plienu nėra tik metalų sujungimas — tai medžiagos struktūros, atsparumo korozijai ir ilgaamžiškumo išsaugojimas.
Su 304 nerūdijančio plieno pasiekti ryškų, baltą siūlę yra daugiau nei estetinė pasirinktis — tai aiškus ženklas, kad metalo vientisumas ir apsaugine chromo danga buvo išsaugoti.

👉 Kodėl tai tokia svarbu?

Per suvirinimą per didelė temperatūra arba deguonies poveikis gali pažeisti chromo oksido sluoksnį, kuris saugo metalą.
Šis sluoksnis neleidžia vamzdžiuose tekantiems skysčiams ar dujoms reaguoti su paviršiumi ir jį pažeisti.
Todėl baltos spalvos išlaikymas reiškia, kad nerūdijantis plienas išlieka tikrai nerūdijantis.

✅ Stabili apsauginio dujų srovė (argon) – suvirinimo vonia turi būti visiškai apsaugota nuo oro teršalų.
✅ Vidinis purškimas (Back purging) – vamzdžio vidus taip pat turi būti apsaugotas, kad būtų išvengta oksidacijos ir spalvos pakitimų.
✅ Kontroliuojama srovė ir šilumos įtaka – 304 nerūdijančiajam plienui paviršiaus temperatūra neturi viršyti 150–200 °C, kad nebūtų spalvos pokyčių.
✅ Pildymo viela – ER308L – užtikrina cheminį stabilumą ir mechaninį stiprumą suvirinimo jungtyje.

Visi suvirinimo darbai atlikti UAB General ConsTrust, juos atliko tarptautiniu lygiu sertifikuoti (ISO 9606) suvirintojai.
