Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
Responsible for following up on the vessel’s sailing with all that it includes in terms of representation of vessel’s owners in accordance with the agency contract, commercial custom and requirements of official authorities and taking the necessary measures to preserve the vessel’s rights, as well as preparing an operating plan for all vessels and handing it over to the container follow-up officials of the department in the port.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on receiving shipping orders from shippers and assigning the necessary containers for each customer, preparing shipping lists for each of the outgoing containers full or empty, and informing the shipping line of the quantities intended to be loaded.
• Follow up the withdrawal of the containers and the empties gating in, to be committed to all technical, health, and other aspects of containers and the cargo they contain.
• Follow-up and preparation of the vessel's operating plan bringing all the approvals of the concerned sovereign authorities and preparing the warehouses and lists of containers.
• Ensure the application and implementation of the company's regulations and regulations related to occupational safety and health in the administration.
• Follow up on the reports submitted to the financial department and match the data between the company, container companies, private yards, or warehouses.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Navigation or Logistics.
• Skills:
 Arabic and English language proficiency
 High level of commitment with the ability to work under pressure
 Persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills
• Experience: 15 -20 years of experience in the same field

Chief Financial Officer
Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing the finance and accounting team leadership, direction, and management. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting, and advising on long-term business and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversees the preparation of all financial documents.
• Perform risk management.
• Serves as a key member of the executive leadership team.
• Creates and establishes yearly financial objectives.
• Collaborates with auditing services.
• Examines all financial reports and data.
• Assess and respond to ongoing and emerging risks.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent required; Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is a must.
• Excellent English skills – written and spoken.
• Persuasion, influential, and negotiation skills
• High level of commitment with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience: A minimum of 20+ years in a responsible financial leadership role or similar position is required.

Logistics Manager
Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing the clients with all the solutions and services needed to deliver cargo inside the country by Shipping fleet trucks or barges.
• Contacts the barge service provider to complete the booking process.
• Assures that the transit customs procedures are handled and finished by the manifest department within the time frame agreed upon.
• Follow up on container arrival status with the client until it arrives at its destination.
• Ensures that sales systems and reporting are up to date for trips by tracking them through GPS.
• Handles all customer's claims and complaints, then provides solutions.
• Prepares weekly/monthly reports that reflect the activities, visits, customer interactions, and transactions performed.
• Provides complete and accurate reports to management as needed.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in business/marketing. Having a master's is a plus.
• Skills:
 Excellent English skills – written and spoken.
 Excellent communication and analytical skills.
 Persuasion, influential and negotiation skills, problem-solving, and excellent project management.
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience within a similar role, preferably within shipping, focusing on trade/product management or sales.

o Works on enlarging the MSC market share in diverse fields and enlarging the customer base.
o Develops and implements marketing and advertising solutions for the service.
o Approaches and builds strong customer relations through conducting customer visits, emails, phone calls and attend promptly to all customer requests.
o Ensures that sales systems and reporting are up to date for trips by tracking them through GPS.
o Ensures that all customers are fully updated with all information and processes.
o Handles all customers claims and complaints, then provides solutions.
o Ensures that all trucking rates are captured accurately and filled within the tariff management system.
o Handles all pre-carriage and on-carriage shipments with MSC agencies worldwide.
