In response to challenges at Middle Eastern customer operation sites, such as dense oil and gas well networks, complicated traditional rig dismantling and transportation procedures, long relocation cycles, and insufficient wellhead capacity during relocation.
KERUI developed and manufactured the 3000HP fast-moving rig. The equipment uses a high-tonnage integrated towing and transportation system to achieve overall upright wheeled movement, allowing for fast relocation; it is equipped with a remote rig lifting control system, ensuring safe and reliable operation; the equipment has strong mobility and can cross wellheads up to 2.8m during overall relocation. To address the customer's well conditions and the harsh on-site working environment, KERUI developed and manufactured a dual-medium compressor unit for the Karamay Oilfield in Xinjiang. The equipment has an exhaust pressure of up to 70 MPa and a capacity of 2000 Nm³/h, capable of switching between nitrogen and high-sulfur natural gas. It comes with an intelligent integrated control system, highly automated, with remote operation to save manpower, enabling open and flexible system connectivity for easy integration of automation and information systems. Designed to operate from -30℃ to 50℃, it fully meets the local working conditions, offers high stability, and can run 6,000 hours a year without any downtime. The equipment uses an efficient PRISM membrane separation process, offering high separation efficiency, stable gas quality, and strong high-temperature resistance.

In the development of heavy oil fields and the later stages of old oil fields, traditional extraction methods not only have low recovery rates but also involve energy waste and environmental pressure, restricting efficient and green oil and gas field development.
KERUI flue gas capture and injection equipment can recover the residual heat of flue gas generated by steam injection boilers and reinject it into oil extraction. This not only significantly increases production but also reduces the water discharge cycle. During the trial operation of the equipment in the Shengli Oilfield, the daily oil production of the experimental wells increased from 3.9 tons to 10.8 tons.
Currently, the equipment has been operated in multiple oilfields, with continuous operation in about 200 wells and flue gas reinjection of approximately 1.5 billion m³, achieving carbon dioxide storage of about 200 million m³, realizing both environmental and extraction efficiency improvements.
