The masterclass covered core AI concepts and business driven use cases, establishing a shared foundation for understanding how AI delivers value within organisational contexts. Discussions then progressed to the strategic integration of AI across departments, examining how institutions can align technology adoption with broader operational and leadership objectives.

AI governance, risk management, and responsible adoption were also central themes, recognising that effective implementation requires clear oversight, ethical consideration, and structured decision making frameworks.

Delivered exclusively for Metropol Corporation Limited , the session reflected a strong institutional commitment to understanding how AI intersects with credit information systems, risk management, and organisational decision making.
