Facilities Maintenance Technician 🔍🔍🔍

We are looking for Facilities Maintenance Technician to join an International Company as following. Male (1)

Job Position - Facilities Maintenance Technician
Salary - 1,500,000 MMK
Working Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 Am - 5:30 Pm)
Location - Thakata Township, Yangon
Closing Date for Applications – 30th September 2024 (5:00) Pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan warehouse and supply Base Facilities maintenance (PM) activities as per SSHE MS and company procedure to ensure good condition tools/equipment and healthy facilities services, activities include.
• Schedule facilities maintenance plan in preventive maintenance system (PMS) and SAP
• Supervisor services company for maintenance work, e.g . mechancial system, fire alarm system inspection as per agreed terms and conditions.
• Perform routine inspection of standby equipment and maintenance of defected equipment in timely manner
• Prepare and issue Supply Base facilities maintenance services procurement documents, e.g, scope of work, equipment speciticaiton, cost estimation.
• Maintain and optimize maintenance material stock and report to supervisor for any shortage.
• Corrective Maintenance (CM) Activities for system shut down.
• Assist supervisor/ project team for new Supply Base construction/ renovation if required.
• Maintain and provide up to date and accruate documents/records/ reports of equipment history and expenditure in computerized database for tracking and work & budget planning.
• Purpose solutions or initiative for facilities management to supervisor for further improvement.
• Promote the implementation of SSHE rules and regulations in the area of responsibilies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) with Mechanical/ Electrical or Oversea Diploma
• Age between 25-45 Years old
• Minimum 4 years quality experiences in facilities maintenance, contractor management or a related fuctions.
• Able to use Auto CAD software
• Understand the M & E drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, Power Point
• Good in English with excellent four skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent Communication Skill , Interpersonal Skills, Collaboration, Problem Solving Skills & Analytical Skills
• Good knowledge of transportation regulations, fleet management and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and during off-working hour period or weekend.
• Desirable qualification in PMS & SAP System
• Training certificates institutes approved by COMPANY in
- Basic Fire Fighting, Basic First Aid, Job Safety Analysis and Scaffold Inspection
