Job Description
· Supervise construction projects to make sure they meet technical specifications
· Ensure that construction projects are completed within planned cost and time
· Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for timely ex*****on of the project through daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting
· Check drawings for accuracy and completeness for construction, resolve discrepancies and problems arising during construction
· Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings
· Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
· Monitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors
· Ensure proper ex*****on of site work procedure on site
Requirements
· Degree in Civil Engineering
· Minimum 8 years relevant working experience
· Experience in Commercial, Building and civil projects
· Foreign Degree (or) Oversea experience preferred
· Positive, mature and self-motivated
· Able to speak English for meeting and discussion
