မင်္ဂလာဆိပ်ခံတံတားစီမံကိန်း
လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ
- တံတားအား (၁၁၆၀ စတုရန်းပေ) အထိတိုးချဲ့ခြင်းနှင့် သံမဏိဗောတံတား (၄၈’x၂၀’x၆’-၆”) အသစ်တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းနှင့် တည်ရှိဆဲဆိပ်ခံတံတား (၉၉၀ စတုရန်းပေ) အား မွမ်းမံပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။
- ပိုင်ဆိုင်သူ - ကျွန်းစုမြို့နယ် စည်ပင်သာယာရေးကော်မတီ
- တည်နေရာ - ကျွန်းစုမြို့နယ်၊ မြိတ်ခရိုင်၊ တနင်္သာရီတိုင်းဒေသကြီး။
Star Engineers United သည် ကျွန်းစုမြို့နယ်ဒေသခံများနှင့်ခရီးသွားပြည်သူများအတွက် အထူးအရေးပါသော မင်္ဂလာဆိပ်ခံတံတား ပြန်လည်တည်ဆောက်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းကို အောင်မြင်စွာဆောက်လုပ်ပြီးစီးခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဆိပ်ခံတံတားကို ပိုမိုကြီးမားကြံ့ခိုင်၍ကြာရှည်ခံအောင်သာမက ၎င်းကိုအသုံးပြုသောပြည်သူများ၏ အန္တရာယ်ကင်းစိတ်ချရမှုကိုပါ ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားတည်ဆောက်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဆိပ်ခံတံတားကို ပင်လယ်ဘက်သို့ (၂၈)ပေခန့်် (၈.၅မီတာ)အထိတိုးချဲ့ခဲ့ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ယခင်ရေဆူး (၁၀)ပေ ယခုအခါ ရေဆူး (၁၆.၅)ပေခန့်ရှိသော သင်္ဘောများကိုပါ လက်ခံနိုင်တော့မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဆိပ်ခံဗော၏အရွယ်အစားကိုတိုးချဲ့၍ တံတားကိုလည်းမွမ်းမံပြင်ဆင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ မူလက သံချေးများတက်၍ပျက်စီးနေရာမှ လိုအပ်သောအစိတ်အပိုင်းများအစားထိုးပြုပြင်ကာ သံချေးတက်ခြင်းမှ ကာကွယ်စေသောဆေးများသုတ်လိမ်း၍ ကြာရှည်ခံအောင်ဆောက်လုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ယခုကဲ့သို့ မွမ်းမံပြုပြင်ခဲ့သောကြောင့် ပိုမိုကြီးမားသောသင်္ဘောများဆိုက်ကပ်နိုင်မည့်အပြင်၊ ကူးတို့လှေများနှင့်ဆိပ်ခံတံတားကြားအကွာအဝေးကိုလည်း ထိန်းညှိခဲ့သဖြင့် ကုန်းမှရေသို့အပြန်အလှန် အန္တရာယ်ကင်းစွာဖြင့် ကူးလူးသွားလာနိုင်တော့မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
Mingalar Jetty Project
Project Scope:
Extension of jetty (1160 sqft) and new construction of (48'x20'x6'-6") steel pontoon and renovation of existing jetty (990 sqft).
Owner - Kyun Su City development comity
Location - Tanintharyi Region, Myeik District, Kyun Su city
Star Engineers United has achieved tremendous improvements with the retrofitting works for Mingalar Jetty. Not only have we made the structure stronger, more durable and bigger, we have most importantly made it safer for people to use, eliminating the risk of accidents and injuries during the use of the jetty.
The jetty was extended with 8.5m resulting in a deeper draft.
Before, the draft was only 3m, after our improvement works the draft is 5m allowing bigger vessels to moor.
We have increased the pontoon size and modified the jetty structure. Rusty, broken parts have been replaced and anti-corrosive protective paint has been applied.
Due to our improvement works more and bigger vessels can moor and the big gap between the ferry boats and the pontoon has been closed to make it safer to access from sea to shore and vice versa.
