🎓 I Passed My Deep Learning Re-Exam at UIT! 🧠🔥

One more challenge conquered. 💪

I’m happy to share that I’ve passed my Deep Learning re-exam at UIT. 🎉

But this isn’t the finish line — it’s the starting point of something much bigger.

For the next 5 weeks, I’m challenging myself to go deeper into:

My goal is not simply to collect certificates or pass exams.

My goal is to actually understand AI and build things with it.

While everyone is enjoying their Sunday, I’m spending mine with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). 😄

Today’s lab practice:

🔹 Max Pooling
🔹 Flatten & Dense layers

🔹 Model training & evaluation

One dataset at a time.
One model at a time.

Today, I failed my Deep Learning Lab exam.

I have a re-exam on Monday, and I’m taking this weekend to learn from my mistakes, and practice harder.

Monday, I get another chance.

📚 **A Small Setback, A New Direction**

Today, I found out that I didn’t pass the **JLPT N5** exam.

I’m disappointed, but I’m also grateful for everything I learned through the experience. Every journey has moments that don’t go as planned, and that’s okay.

For now, I’ve decided **not to take the JLPT again**. Instead, I want to focus on other goals, keep learning Japanese at my own pace, and continue growing in different areas. 🌱

This isn’t the end of the journey — just a change in direction.

Thank you to everyone who supported and encouraged me along the way. ❤️

**Sometimes, moving forward means choosing a different path.**

I’m excited to share my new personal development space: Xiao Yuan Dev Lab 💻✨

It’s a place where I can turn curiosity into projects, experiments, tools, and ideas — while documenting what I’m building and learning along the way.

Currently, the lab features projects including:
📱 Dhammapada — an Android app for exploring Buddhist teachings
🪐 Planetz — an Android app for exploring the planets
🚑 ERMS Driver — an Android app for Emergency Response Management

Some ideas may become products, some may become useful tools, and others may simply be experiments that teach me something new. That’s what makes the journey exciting.
