Malta Business Aviation Association (MBAA) The MBAA will strive to ensure recognition of business aviation as a vital part of the aviation infrastructure and the Maltese economy.

The Malta Business Aviation Association (MBAA) was founded in October 2009 by DC Aviation Ltd., BizAv Services Ltd. and FFF Legal, together with Stanley Bugeja, Adrian Spiteri and Dr. Tonio Fenech. MBAA aims to promote excellence and professionalism amongst our Members to enable them to deliver best-in-class safety and operational efficiency, whilst representing their interests at all levels in Malta and consequently Europe.

The Malta Business Aviation Association expresses profound sorrow at the tragic accident involving the Maltese-registered Dassault Falcon 50 aircraft, registration 9H-DFJ, which crashed near Ankara, Turkey on 23 December 2025.
We extend our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of all those who lost their lives in this incident. Our thoughts are also with the Libyan and Turkish authorities and communities affected by this tragedy.
The circumstances surrounding the accident remain under investigation by the appropriate authorities. We urge all parties to await official investigative findings before any conclusions are drawn.
In this difficult time, the business aviation community stands in solidarity with all those touched by this loss.
