๐ŸŒž Join Us This Summer โ€“ Administration Assistance at Able Co Ltd (Fujitsu ACs, Malta)

Weโ€™re a small, hands-on team and summer is our busiest season. Weโ€™re looking for a proactive helper to support us Monday to Friday, 8:00โ€“16:00, and help keep things running smoothly.

Ideal for:
Teachers on summer break or motivated students

Profile:
โ€ข Proactive and willing to learn
โ€ข Fluent in Maltese and English
โ€ข Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities include:
โ€ข Basic admin and filing
โ€ข Answering calls and assisting customers
โ€ข Preparing documents (quotes, receipts, warranties)
โ€ข Keeping the office tidy
โ€ข Assisting with day-to-day tasks
โ€ข Supporting stock take

Training period:
Weโ€™d love for you to come in for a few hours here and there before summer starts, so you can get used to our systems and way of working.
