🏗️ New Project Announcement: Smart Mall🌟
We are excited to share the redevelopment of the existing Smart Supermarket site in Birkirkara, Malta, transforming it into a modern mixed-use retail destination while keeping the supermarket operational throughout the works.
The project includes a newly designed Smart Supermarket, additional retail outlets and eateries, as well as five underground parking levels 🚗 designed to improve accessibility and reduce traffic pressure in the area.
Beyond the commercial upgrade, this development also brings a significant urban improvement for Naxxar Road 🌿. The building facade is set back by almost 1,000 square metres, creating more open space along this busy route.
The works are being carried out in phases 🏗️ with dedicated safety and access arrangements, ensuring customers can continue using the supermarket during construction.
✨ Smart Mall brings a new retail experience to Malta.
