Still running is not the same as still working.

An air conditioner almost never stops on the day it fails. It gets quietly worse. The room takes a bit longer to cool. The bill creeps. Then one morning there is a wet line down the wall and you work out that nobody has opened that unit in about a year.

A full service means the indoor and outdoor units cleaned, the drainage cleared and the cooling tested, so you find out what your unit is actually doing before it tells you itself. Gas only if it needs it, and we will say so before we fill it.

We cover Malé, Hulhumalé and Villingili. Slots at 8am, 11am, 2pm and 6pm.

Some of the palm trees in this country are carrying your phone call.
They are telecom monopoles wearing a tree. Real steel inside, real foundation underneath, real climb to the top. The only part that is pretending is the outside.
They go up where an island needs coverage and nobody wants to look at a lattice tower standing over it. Same job as any other tower. Better manners.
Tag someone who is going to look at every palm tree differently for the rest of the week.

Does the same damp patch keep returning beside the bathroom?

Trace the water source before repainting or retiling. A bathroom renovation may need plumbing, seal or waterproofing work—not just a new finish.

Keep clear if water is near electrical fittings.

Before the next heavy rain, give your home ten minutes.

Clear your balcony or entrance drain, latch windows, bring loose items inside and move documents and electronics away from the floor. Keep rubbish away from street drains.

Salt air never stops working on steel.

This tower has been standing for years. It just got its second life: washed back, prepped, and recoated from the base to the top.

Swipe for the four stages. Then look again at the last slide and count the people. Three of our crew are on the tower. One never leaves the ground.

That is the rule. Nobody climbs alone, and somebody always holds the ground with the authority to stop the work.

Maintenance is contracted separately from a build, and we are usually the ones called back.
