Happy International Women's Day from Technology and Action for Saving the Environment (TASE)!

Today, we celebrate the incredible contributions and achievements of women around the world. We also acknowledge the critical role that women play in protecting our environment and promoting sustainable development.

At TASE, we are committed to combating plastic pollution, which disproportionately affects women and girls in many communities. Plastic pollution not only harms the environment, but it also has severe impacts on human health, particularly for women.

Women are often the primary caregivers and managers of household waste, making them more vulnerable to the harmful effects of plastic pollution. Moreover, women in informal waste management sectors are frequently exposed to toxic chemicals and hazardous working conditions.

We salute the women who are leading the charge against plastic pollution, from advocating for policy changes to implementing community-based solutions. Your tireless efforts inspire us to continue working towards a plastic-free future.

At TASE, we remain dedicated to supporting women-led initiatives and promoting gender equality in environmental conservation. Together, we can create a more just and sustainable world for all.

Thank you for your unwavering commitment to protecting our planet!
