🎉 15 years of company. 10 years of DVACI. One big thank you.

Fifteen years ago, we started this adventure as distributors of packaging control equipment. We learned the market, we learned the technology — and above all, we learned what our clients truly needed.

In 2016, we took the biggest decision in our history: creating our own brand, DVACI, and manufacturing our own vacuum chambers in Querétaro.

Today, those chambers help manufacturers around the world verify the airtightness of their packaging — from pharmaceuticals to food and beyond.

But machines don't build a company. People do.

The CDV Pharma is a platform developed to help manufacturers improve their leak testing processes. One of its most important pillars is data management.

The V&P version adds positive pressure to the test. This allows smaller leaks to be detected. And it helps reveal defects that may go unnoticed with a traditional method based only on vacuum.

All of this is combined with a chamber adapted to the Pharma sector. It has a reduced internal height of 150 millimeters. This design is intended to work more efficiently with small products. And to reduce unnecessary methylene blue consumption.

Buscamos un(a) Webmaster & Especialista en Marketing Digital que se incorpore a una estructura pequeña y dinámica. Buscamos un perfil polivalente y resolutivo, capaz de asumir distintas responsabilidades en lugar de una sola especialidad, y de trabajar de la mano con nuestro equipo de marketing.

Responsabilidad principal — Web & SEO

Mantener, optimizar y hacer evolucionar nuestro sitio dvaci.com (WordPress), así como otros sitios que planeamos crear.
Liderar el posicionamiento SEO, tanto para buscadores tradicionales (Google) como para la búsqueda mediante inteligencia artificial (GEO).
Optimizar la estructura, el contenido y el rendimiento técnico de los sitios.
Apoyar al equipo de marketing en la gestión de redes sociales (especialmente LinkedIn) y en el proceso de creación de video.

Responsabilidad secundaria — Soporte IT

No buscamos un especialista, sino una persona resolutiva capaz de encargarse de:
La gestión del parque informático (~12 equipos): actualizaciones, instalaciones y soporte a los usuarios.
La instalación y el mantenimiento de un servidor NAS (se puede aprender en el puesto).
El acceso remoto a archivos pesados y la gestión de respaldos para el equipo a distancia.
La creación de procesos sencillos para organizar la gestión informática de la empresa.

Perfil ideal

Experiencia comprobable en gestión de sitios WordPress y SEO.
Conocimiento o fuerte interés en la optimización para búsqueda con IA (GEO).

💥 A package exploded in our laboratory. And it wasn’t an accident.

A U.S. customer challenged us with a specific testing need: combine package integrity testing and seal strength evaluation in one single protocol.

The application required combining two ASTM-based approaches:

🔹 ASTM F2095 — internal pressurization and pressure decay for package integrity testing
🔹 ASTM F2054 — burst testing with restraint plates for seal strength evaluation

At DVACI, we adapted a CDV4 Vacuum Chamber with Model P control to perform a two-stage testing process:

1️⃣ Pressurize and hold the package to evaluate integrity
2️⃣ Increase pressure progressively to evaluate seal strength

During development, burst events generated higher-than-expected forces, so we pushed the system further and tested above 50 PSI to understand real performance. ⚙️

Today, this combined testing application is available. ✅

One of the main benefits is recipe management. Each product can have its own test method, defining parameters such as the vacuum level and test time.

The application allows you to create more advanced tests, with up to four vacuum levels within a single cycle, enabling progressive testing.

It is also possible to combine vacuum and pressure in the same test, or to program repetitive cycles to simulate more demanding conditions and evaluate package behavior over time.
