Account Executive Requirements:
‘- Candidates must possess professional Degree holder in Accounting/Finance related qualification, preference CIMA holder or equivalent.
‘-Conversation in Chinese, English & Malay (written & verbal)
‘- Min 2-3 years’ experience in Handling Full Sets Account.
‘- Work location at Ijok Selangor.

Account Executive Responsibilities:
‘- Handling full sets of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, Balance Sheet Listing and Month-end & year end closing activities.
‘- Maintain timely update of Accounting System & Inventory process (Stock Assembly, Count, Costing and Selling price update).
‘- Month-end reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts, receipts, expenses voucher, stock take listing, ensure filing properly.
‘- Monitoring Cashflow position, invoicing, stock float and other transactions.
‘- Review and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
‘- Coordinating annual budgeting for revenue and operating expenses.
‘- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent and other statutory bodies on accounting and financial related matters.
‘- Generating payroll and ensure compliance with regulations, assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR Tasks.
‘- Assist in any other ad-hoc finance related matters as and when required.

• To maintain journal records and to monitor cash book entry;
• Manage AP, AR and GL and assist in the preparation of Management Report as required;
• Responsible for account stock take and inventories control update;
