RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
-Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.

2) Pasang paip (Plumbing) - buat saluran paip dan tukar pasang tangki air
3) Tukang simen dan plaster – membina konkrit,menebuk dinding,membuat penutup longkang dan plaster dinding
4) Mengecat
5) Pemasangan pintu,tingkap,bingkai dan tombol
6) Tukang Pasang Tiles – jubin,mozek dan seramik
7) Pemasangan Partition
8) Roofing - Buat Bumbung, Baiki Bumbung dan Tukar bumbung
9) Tukang wielding
