超临界流体萃取技术(SFE)堪称为【绿】科技技术;这是因为它减少消耗溶剂、分析时间及许多传统处理方法上所需的步骤。
在约31°C的超临界温度下,SFE使用压缩的二氧化碳制造萃取的溶剂。提取完毕后,解压缩的阶段促使碳气体从超临界的形态变成常温气体,进而从萃取物当中消除二氧化碳。
二氧化碳是最理想的植物萃取溶剂因为它是无毒性、方便获取及轻易地从萃取物中去除。

经过超临界二氧化碳提取的萃取物不但在气味或口味方面都已被确认具有卓越的品质,就连萃取物当中的活性成分也不会变质且更近似天然的资源。

Supercritical Fluid Extraction technology (SFE) is a green technology for extraction that reduces solvent consumption, analysis time and the number of handling steps required for many traditional methods.

The SFE extraction technique uses compressed carbon dioxide at critical temperature which is around 31°C as an extraction solvent. After extraction, a decompression phase (through lowering of the pressure) causes the carbonic gas to change from the supercritical state to the gaseous state, which completely eliminates it from the extract obtained.

Carbon dioxide is the most ideal solvent for botanical plants extraction because it is non-toxic, readily available and easily removable from the products.

SC-CO2 extracts have been not only recognized as having a superior quality in terms of odor and taste, yet the principle active ingredients obtained are also not denatured due to extraction at moderate temperature and resembling more to its natural source.
