Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Responsible for quality parts produced on CNC machines under the direction of a supervisor.
• Responsible for loading parts, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
• Studies and interprets setup sheets, drawings, specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
• Measures and enters dimensions and reference points on company ERP system.
• Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities. Reports all machine malfunctions to immediate supervisor.
• Communicate with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality, and other department personnel to resolve machining or quality issues.
• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
• Within the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with company procedures and policy
• Report any issues to the supervisor or manager immediately
• Perform other related duties as required

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/ Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of similar responsibility in a manufacturing environment a plus.

• Reads and interprets blueprints, job travelers, and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations and dimensional and finish specifications.
• Trims, drills, reams, countersinks, grinds, and finishes parts to specifications, using routing tooling and fixtures
• Verifies dimensions of parts, using precision instruments
• Fits and assembles parts and attaches hardware and fittings, such as brackets and hinges, using clamps, jigs, fixtures, power tools, and fasteners
• May heat parts or materials bending and forming parts using oven or heat gun
• Deburr and clean products with required equipment's
• Report any issues to the supervisor or manager immediately
• Perform other related duties as required
• Must maintain a clean, organized work area, per 5S Standards.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Candidate with PMR/SPM or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of similar responsibility in a manufacturing
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of reading drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of working characteristics of plastics and bonding techniques
• Ability to use precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment
