Edgenta is honored to be a collaborator at the Asset and Project Management Conference (APMC 2023, 8 & 9 June), a two-day event organized by the Malaysian Public Works Department (JKR Malaysia) and the Malaysian Asset and Project Management Association (MAPMA).
APMC 2023 marks the second edition of the conference following the successful inaugural event in 2019. With the theme "Transforming Maintenance Culture for Asset Sustainability," APMC 2023 brings together Project Management and Asset Management experts from Malaysia and the region to exchange ideas, network, and engage in discussions on emerging topics of interest in these fields.
The launch event yesterday was graced by YBhg. Dato' Sri Abdul Rahman bin Haji Mohamad, Deputy Minister of Works, Malaysia, and YBhg. Dato' Seri Ir. Hj. Mohamad Zulkefly Bin Sulaiman, President of MAPMA. During the opening ceremony, they presented awards to Ir. Vekneswaran T. Arasappan, Head of Property & Facility Solutions, in recognition of Edgenta's involvement, as well as other Edgenta recipients.
Nik Marien binti Nik Ahmad Kamal, Chief Executive Officer of Edgenta NXT, moderated a panel discussion on "Digital Transformation in Asset and Project Management" with esteemed panelists Shawn Woon, Associate, Facade Engineering Leader, ARUP Malaysia, Teh Hing Wan, Network Planning Management Consultant at Opus Consultants, UEM Edgenta and Preeta Nair, Vice President, Project Management Institute, Malaysian Chapter.
APMC 2023 focused on critical areas of Asset and Project Management, providing a comprehensive platform for participants to showcase cutting-edge advancements and gain valuable insights. The gathering was marked by powerful idea-sharing, significant networking, and engaging discussions.
