刺绳的三种拧编方法：正拧，反拧，正反拧。

正拧法：就是将两根铁丝或者多根铁丝拧成双股铁丝绳然后再将刺绳缠绕在双股铁丝上。

反拧法：就是先将刺丝缠绕在主丝（即是单根铁丝）上之后再加一个铁丝与之拧编合股成双股刺绳。

正反拧法：就是自刺丝缠绕主铁丝的地方向相反的方向拧编。不是顺着一个方向拧编。

做表面处理的原因是加强防腐强度，延长使用寿命。　镀锌刺绳顾名思义表面处理是镀锌的，可以为电镀锌和热镀锌；PVC刺绳为表面处理是PVC包塑处理的，里面的刺绳丝为黑丝，电镀丝和热镀丝。

焊接网钢筋直径为4-14mm，其中可采用0.5mm进级直径。考虑运输条件，焊接网长度不宜超过12m，宽度不宜超过3.4m。焊接网制作方向的钢筋（或称纵筋）间距宜为100、150、200mm，另一方向的钢筋间距一般为100、150、200、300mm，有时可达400mm。当焊接网纵横向钢筋均为单根钢筋时，较细钢筋的公称直径应不小于较粗钢筋公称直径的0.6倍，即dmin≥0.6damx。焊接网焊点的抗剪力（单位为N）应不小于150与较粗钢筋公称横截面积（单位为mm2）的乘积。

节省钢筋用量：在同体积混凝土结构中，与普通I级钢筋相比。冷轧钢筋及焊接网的设计强度值从210Mpa提高到360Mpa，因而钢筋用量可相对减少30%以上。另外，由于是工程自动化生产线制作，钢筋网的损耗微乎其微。

提高工作效率：使用钢筋焊接网可省去现场钢筋调直、裁剪、逐条摆放等环境，节省工时可达70%以上，大大简化了施工环节，加快了施工进度，缩短了施工周期。

降低工程成本：虽然钢筋焊接网单价高于散支钢筋。但是综合考虑材料用量、施工速度，人工费用、用料的损耗、现场加工费用、机械加工费用及场地等因素，可节省钢材30%以上，缩短工期50%--70%，降低工程成本15%以上，具有相当可观的经济效益。

应用特点

1、提高工程质量

焊接网是实行工厂化生产的，利用优质的LL550冷轧带肋钢筋，根据世界提供的网片编号、直径、间距和行业标准的要求，通过全自动智能化生产线制造而成。

① 具有网目间距尺寸、钢筋数量准确。克服了传统人工绑扎时由人工摆放钢筋造成间距尺寸误差大、绑扎质量出现漏扎、缺扣的现象

② 焊接网刚度大、弹性好、焊点强度高、抗剪性能好，荷载可均匀分布于整个混凝土结构上。克服了原来绑扎I级圆钢产生的强度低、平面刚度差、施工易被人员踩踏变形和位移，使载面有效高度发生变化，影响结构的承载能力和面筋保护过小等现象。

③ 焊接网片由于采用纵、横钢筋电焊成网状结构，达到共同均匀受力起粘结锚的目的，加上断面的横肋变形、增强了与混凝土的握裹力，有效地阻止了混凝土裂纹的产生，提高了钢筋混凝土的内在质量。

2、提高生产效率

焊接网将原来的现场制作的全部工序急90%以上的绑扎成型工序全部进行了工厂化生产，除保护了钢筋制作、绑扎的质量外，还大大缩短了工程的施工周期，1015平面米的焊接网铺设仅用60工时，比过去的人工绑扎少用70工时，节约人工工时54%，而且解决了工程现场施工地狭小和调直钢筋时所产生的噪音污染等问题、促进了现场文明施工。
