The hardest part of automation isn't the technology.

It's understanding the business behind it.

Before building an AI system, there are better questions to ask:

What problem are we actually trying to solve?

What does the customer experience look like today?

Where are customers getting stuck?

What should happen when no one is available?

Which tasks should AI handle—and where should a human step in?

Only after understanding these things can we start designing the right system.

That's the part I find most interesting about building AI solutions.
