We are looking for a Sales to grow Bao Service’s presence in Johor and Melaka. This is a performance-driven role, ideal for someone who is resourceful, independent, and passionate about helping businesses manage energy costs better.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential clients such as factories, industrial estates, and commercial facilities.
• Present Energy Efficiency packages and explain ROI, payback, and performance outcomes clearly to clients.
• Close sales, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
• Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in engineering, energy.
• Strong local knowledge and business network in Johor and/or Melaka.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within the southern region for client meetings.

Responsibilities

As sales, your responsibility is to identify prospects, make appointments, conduct presentations, and follow up to close sales.

As electrical project engineer, your responsiblity is to conduct site survey, prepare engineering proposal and perform technical installation.

Qualifications

For both roles, we expect you to be fast learner, and act fast, while being resilient.

Your past experience or qualifications are important, but not mandatory.🤓
