We’re excited to share that a new ROV Mechatronic Technician position has just opened at our training centre! 🚀
We’re incredibly proud of all our workshop technicians who have moved on to join major companies working offshore. 🌊👏
We fully understand that the industry offers significantly more attractive packages than our humble training centre — and that’s completely okay.
This role may be modest in its beginnings, but it comes with our full commitment to developing our technicians into true professionals. We’ll support and guide them every step of the way, and when the time is right, we’ll happily recommend them to our partner companies for bigger opportunities offshore. 💪

Today, our ROV Pilot Trainees 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧 stepped outside the classroom 🏫➡️⚓ to witness live subsea construction operations 🌊🛠️ in action. From the transportation of subsea construction materials 📦⚙️ to specialised tools 🧰🔩 being mobilised dockside, this experience connects theory 📚 with real-world ex*****on 🚢✅.

By intentionally freeing up time ⏱️📅, we allowed our trainees to observe offshore-style logistics 🚛➡️⚓, lifting operations 🏗️🔗, and subsea preparation 🔧🌊 in a working environment. A short coffee break ☕😊 with the crane operator 🏗️👷‍♂️ and operations manager 👨‍💼📋 turned into an invaluable knowledge-sharing session 🗣️💡—straight from professionals who regularly work alongside ROV pilots offshore 🚢🤝🎮.
