We are updating the material from one of our partners – BOPP (HIGH HEAT RESISTANCE) film which target to reduce shrinkage during printing or lamination. The heat resistant films have been engineered to work as printing layer replacing BOPET film in multi-layer laminates for several packaging applications in both food and non-food segments.

1. Our films are generally used as a printing layer in a duplex/triplex laminate structures either as BOPP/MET BOPP/PE or BOPP/CPP (more conducive to recycle than PET//PE structure (Sustainable Packaging Solution).
2. The heat resistant BOPP film is available in 18 microns.
3. The films are well suited for both adhesive as well as extrusion lamination.

We understand that many converters are working with the brand owners to expedite the development of Mono-Materials packaging.

We are keen & wish to invite companies to explore it with our latest ultra-high barrier grade for VMOPP (WVTR and O2TR < 0.1) and AlOx OPP (WVTR and O2TR < 0.5). Details as below:

🟠 AlOxOPP---- OPP modified film, AlOx coated (transparent). WVTR < 0.5, OTR < 0.5, with/without Heat-sealable.

🟠 Ultra-high barrier VMOPP---- OPP modified film, VM coated, WVTR < 0.1, OTR < 0.1, with/without Heat-sealable 25um, recommended to replace AF.
