Kroll Cranes maintains a rental fleet of over 100 tower cranes, engineered and serviced to meet stringent operational and safety standards.

The portfolio includes models such as the K130F and K830F, featuring high-performance AC drive systems for precise load control, optimised hoisting efficiency, and reduced energy consumption.

Each unit is equipped with integrated safety features, including load moment protection, remote monitoring, and advanced control interfaces to support safe and efficient lifting operations.

When we arrived on site, we faced the challenge of reviving the crane solution with our brand-new, state-of-the-art Favelle Favco units. It was more than an installation; it was an act of revitalisation with the team on the ground, a commitment to bringing motion and momentum back to a grand vision.

Our people adapted to new cultures, embraced patience and learned to find strength and focus in a lifestyle far from home — one that demanded discipline and teamwork over comfort. We adapted to workday starts predawn, to maximise the cooler temperatures and hydration levels and finishing the days with preparation for the next. We overcome language and cultural barriers and pushed on to complete this towering feat.

Today, with all three Favelle Favco tower cranes fully commissioned and having passed their Site Acceptance Tests, we celebrate more than machinery. Favelle Favco is proud to power construction on Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia. Recognised globally as the crane maker responsible for 12 of the world’s 14 tallest buildings, Favelle Favco has once again been entrusted as the preferred partner.

For this landmark project, two units of our proven M390D and one unit of our M390DS diesel-hydraulic powered tower cranes have been deployed. The fastest machine sports a C18 765hp engine.

These cranes are engineered for complete independence, requiring no reliance on main power supply, thereby ensuring uninterrupted operations in demanding and intermittent conditions. Their robust reliability, synonymous with Favelle Favco’s reputation, has made them the natural choice for projects of this scale and prestige.

Other decisive factors in our selection was our custom made towers and internal climbing system built to suit the unique dimensions and challenges of this job site. This detailed and unique engineering support provide unmatched efficiency in construction vertical progression, enabling the cranes to climb independently from all other construction work activities.

Such capability is crucial for the successful construction of the Jeddah Tower, which upon completion will surpass the 1,000-metre mark and stand as the tallest building in the world.

September 2025 | CUEL LTD Fabrication Facility, Thailand

Favelle Favco is proud to continue our long-standing partnership with PTTEP. We are delighted to deliver four units of 100RL offshore pedestal cranes for the Zawtika 1E Project.

These state-of-the-art cranes are designed to operate fully independently without platform-supplied power, powered instead by a diesel-hydraulic system and an integrated DC alternator. This ensures reliable power for controls, crane lighting, load monitoring, and crane protection systems.

Each crane is engineered to deliver a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 15 tonnes with a radius reach of 24.0 metres. Once the fabrication is complete, the offshore modules will be installed off the coast of Myanmar as part of the Zawtika Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE).

Performance testing of K703V Knuckle Boom Wharf Crane begins!

On 8 July 2025, Favelle Favco proudly marked a historic milestone with the official sod turning ceremony for the Pinnacle Industrial Park new warehouse development project at Prestons, NSW.

Showcasing 14,150 square metres of warehouse space, this site will be home to 2 modern logistics warehouses—signalling an exciting additional chapter. This development is a testament to our commitment to building innovation, resilience, and long-term value creation for the Favelle Favco Group.

Favelle Favco Secures Offshore Pedestal Crane Supply for QatarGas North Field Expansion

Favelle Favco is proud to announce the supply of 13 units of our proven 350RL ram luffing offshore pedestal cranes to QATAR Energy LNG for their landmark North Field Expansion Project (NFXP). This critical LNG development will see a total of eight new offshore platforms equipped with our 350RL cranes, reinforcing Favelle Favco’s reputation for delivering highly reliable offshore lifting solutions in some of the world’s most demanding environments.

Each 350RL crane is engineered to deliver a robust 25-tonne static and dynamic offshore lifting capacity with a 35-meter tip radius.
